Exposure
to college soccer is one of the things that sets Bruno United apart
from other clubs. It starts with a very impressive roster of
college coaches and staff and with college players assisting many
teams. Off-season practices and friendlies are often held at Brown,
Bryant, and other local colleges. A real highlight for the U12s and
U13s is running onto Stevenson Field under the lights during
player introductions at the Brown adidas Classic. Going to college,
becoming a college soccer player, is a dream for every Bruno child.
To that end, the Staff and Coaches at Bruno United enter their teams in
the best tournaments and advise individual players on which programs
would be the best fit. Perhas the most important event in the Bruno
calendar is College Night, held for U16 and U17 players and parents. At
this presentation, many of the myths of the recruitment process are put
to rest and players are given valuable advice on how to succesfully
land a spot at the right college.
Congratulations to the following clubmembers-
Your hard work in the
classroom and on the pitch are applauded.
