Marcos Ugarte, a freshman at Providence College, has earned a place on the Big East All Rookie team. He was third in all the Big East scoring, with 15 points.
Coincidentally Marcos scored the first goal ever by a Bruno United player as a 10 year old in a preseason friendly vs. then powerhouse Inter BU12s of Massachusetts. At the time, Bruno United consisted of one BU12 team. He played several years at Bruno before joining the GB Bolts Academy team.
Marcos can usually be found training and playing on the fields behind Brown University. Congratulations Marcos!
