2011-2012 Tryout Dates

OPEN TO ALL YOUTH SOCCER PLAYERS

Scheduled tryouts have occurred for all age groups for the 2011/2012 season. If you are interested in trying out for a Bruno United team, but missed the tryouts, please email the club Director of Coaching, John Tomlinson at jtomlinson@brunounited.com letting him know your interest in a team. He will then get back to you.

If you are attending a team training session as a tryout for that team, you must print out our tryout form and bring that with you along with a $25 check payable to BUFC.

U9/U10 = Players born 08/01/2001‐7/31/2003
U11 = Players born 08/01/2000‐07/31/2001
U12 = Players born 08/01/1999‐07/31/2000
U13 = Players born 08/01/1998‐07/31/1999
U14 = Players born 08/01/1997‐07/31/1998
U15 = Players born 08/01/1996‐07/31/1997
U16 = Players born 08/01/1995‐07/31/1996
U17 = Players born 08/01/1994‐07/31/1995
U18 = Players born 08/01/1993‐07/31/1994

General information

  • Please pre-register online for tryouts.
  • Tryout fee: $25 (cash or check to Bruno United FC)
  • Players need to attend one day only, but attending both is encouraged
  • Parents must check in players and sign a medical release form
  • All players should bring soccer ball, shin guards, and water bottle
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before tryouts to check-in.

2011-2012 Fees

U10 - $1,100
U11 - $1,350
U12 thru U14 - $1,850
U15 thru U17 - $1,650
U18 - $1,300

The cost includes:

  • U-10 teams - practice once per week in fall, winter, and spring. NEP league games - fall and spring, winter indoor games - 2nd session. Two tournaments. Referee fees. Adidas Warm-up suit & training t-shirt. New players to club will need to purchase a uniform kit.
  • U-11 teams - practice twice per week in fall, and spring. One practice per week in the winter. NEP league games - fall and spring, indoor games - 2nd session. Two tournaments. Referee fees. Adidas Warm-up suit & training t-shirt. New players to club will need to purchase a uniform kit.
  • U-12 thru U-14 teams - practice twice per week in fall, and spring. One practice per week in the winter. NEP league games - fall and spring, winter indoor games - 2nd session. Three tournaments. State Cup entry fee. Referee fees. Adidas Warm-up suit & training t-shirt. New players to club will need to purchase a uniform kit.
  • U-15 thru U-17 teams - practice once per week during winter. Indoor games - 2nd session. NEP league games - spring, State Cup entry fee. Referee fees. Adidas Warm-up suit & training t-shirt. Three College Showcase tournaments. New players to club will need to purchase a uniform kit.
  • U-18 teams - practice once per week during winter. Indoor games - 2nd session. NEP league games - spring, State Cup entry fee. Referee fees. Training t-shirt. Two College Showcase tournaments. New players to club will need to purchase a uniform kit.

Scholarships

  • Need-based scholarships are available. Scholarship application must be submitted within 30 days of registering with the club.
